My role within the office began with the supervision of the material research. It consisted in making sure the department was up to date with the research on material samples it had available to support the creative’s requests backed by weekly meetings with suppliers to be up to date with their new proposals. Any new offer had to be checked to comply with the sustainability regulations before a technical presentation to the designing team.

A task I also had the chance to contribute in, has been the development of the shoes made in the asian factory. There my figure was assigned to bridge the vision of our designers with the practicalities of manufacturing, assisting from ideation using Asian materials, enhancing designs like “Grenoble” with organic textures, refining of details and accurate transcription for manufacturing.

Lastly, I had the opportunity to side two amazing designers Erich Arlen and Marius Jung, approaching AI to envision the broader design and using the Adobe Package to refine it. Engaging with the merchandising team, I ensured the designers were aligned with market requests. I also enhanced mood boards' for digital translations suitable to feed the AI software, making this experience exceptional for my personal growth both on a technical point of view and a personal one.
