Role and Contributions

As a support engineer, I was responsible for the operation and maintenance of EA’s solar energy business and EV charging stations. I also took charge of technical analysis for installation of clients’ solar systems, using PVsyst simulation software, and the design of charging stations and their required infrastructure. I have assisted in the logic design of a dynamic load distribution charging system for the company’s flagship charging compound, which has a 1:1 parking to charger ratio and approximately 528 chargers). I was also responsible for ensuring that our EV chargers will pass the government’s “low priority” appliance policy, which was achieved through testing and maintaining a stable communication with the backend, allowing the load to be remotely reduced in times of high load demand.

As a business developer, I was responsible for the expansion of our charging stations in strategic locations. This involves infrastructure and land value estimation, traffic predictions, potential logistics partnerships, joint venture, and profit-sharing business models. For client work, route planning and charging timetabling were crucial to ensure maximum utilization of our chargers. I was also in charge of laying the foundation and direction for a new flagship station, utilizing the company’s newly developed “supercharger”.
