My role as UX Designer ensured that Thomas's products were user-centred, enhancing the effectiveness and usability of their psychometric assessments and platforms. I conducted user research and turned the resulting data into actionable insights. My work resulted in intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing product experiences for company clients and candidates.
Entrepreneurship skills proved to be invaluable. For many projects, I identified key data-driven factors for innovation through market and competitor research and analyses, which I used to define strong business-value propositions. Additionally, I heavily relied on my human-centred design engineering skills to conduct user research using specialists such as software Maze and Userflow, and exerted my rapid prototyping skills in Figma.
During my internship, I conducted four major projects, a major one being designing a job-hunting platform that aligns with Thomas’s strategic objectives. This project would take Thomas 5 years into the future, making them a category design leader in the HR technology industry. I have also completed a project where I completely redesigned Thomas Profile, the company’s candidate testing platform, and redesigned Thomas’s psychometric data representation. These projects opened a new avenue of exploration for the company where my work can be used as a basis for subsequent projects in my team.
