Role and Contributions

During my internship at Japfa, I had the opportunity to engage meaningfully with the company and its stakeholders. My primary role and responsibility was to conceptualize, create, and manage the team's new project management system. I was also involved in discussions with external entities and conducted extensive research on diverse engineering topics. Furthermore, I contributed to the development of Japfa's new Learning Management System (LMS).

I utilized various design engineering skills and methods. For the project management system, I applied my UI/UX and user research knowledge to ensure a seamless transition for new team members. In discussions with external entities, I leveraged my general engineering expertise to validate their technologies and processes. My extensive research on engineering topics allowed me to present informed decisions within the business development team. Finally, for the development of the LMS, I utilized my expertise in game design and 3D modeling to align internal expectations.

The most notable outcome is the project management system I created. The system optimized task allocation, monitored progress, and improved communication among team members. By onboarding new team members to the system, I initiated collaboration between teammates. Additionally, my participation in validating technologies and processes allowed team members to quickly make decisions.
