I worked in a project for a French bank, focusing on the creation of a novel business proposition. The client's objective was to introduce adaptable subscription options for car rentals. This involved understanding the key details of the offering, assessing the website's design, identifying existing deficiencies, and formulating strategies for their rectification. After working on this project for 2 months, in collaboration with both the client and the software developers responsible for the website's construction, the culmination of this effort was the successful launch of the new offering.
The project subsequently bifurcated into two components. On one hand, we were tasked with helping the recently launched offer in enhancing its offering and website by communicating with developers to introduce additional features, making it more complex and competitive. On the other hand, we were entrusted with the mission of introducing the same offer in another country. My responsibilities encompassed coordinating meetings, diligently recording discussions, ensuring adherence to the established timeline objectives, and fostering stakeholder satisfaction with the decisions made.
Furthermore, I was tasked with collaborating alongside a consultant to create a presentation on the payment industry for senior managers. This presentation aimed to present the various payment timelines, transaction security measures, and key stakeholders.
